We have a new online returns portal that accommodates Exchanges, Store Credits and Refunds.

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to get any item(s) back to us.

To process a return, please visit the Pursue Fitness Returns Portal HERE.

Please note the following items are non-returnable: Socks, Underwear, Headwear, Towels, Water Bottles & Swimwear.

We will process your return within 10 days of your parcel arriving back with us.

👕 Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we sure do! Please visit our new online returns portal by viewing the Submit a return tab above.

🤷‍♀️ Can I return sale items?

Yes.

⏳ How long will it take to process my return?

We aim to process exchanges, store credits, and refunds within 10 days of us receiving the items back at our warehouse. Please note, this period does not start from the day you sent an item back to us, as it will take some time to reach our warehouse.

Exchanges: Once we dispatch your exchange, the standard delivery times will apply. You will receive a new order dispatch email once your exchange has been processed.

Store Credits: This will be sent by email, please check junk folders incase it landed there.

Refunds: It can take an additional 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been actioned. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

💭 Have you received my return?

To check if we have received your return, please track your return parcel using the tracking provided by the courier.

Returns are opened, inspected and processed as soon as possible once they reach our warehouse, rest assured we aim to process all exchanges and returns within 10 days of us receiving the items back.

📦 I have received an incorrect item

We're really sorry about this, this very rarely happens.

All Pursue Fitness orders are packed by real people and sometimes they might get something wrong.

If you have received an incorrect item please email support@pursuefitness.co.uk. We'll assist you as soon as possible to get this rectified.

😟 My item is faulty

We're really sorry about this, the utmost care has been taken to help ensure this doesn't happen.

If you have received a faulty item please email support@pursuefitness.co.uk.

Please take any images of the faults from your phone to help us assist you and get this rectified.

📝 Return Policy

We take pride in our products. All returns must be received back in a complete saleable condition: brand new, with tags attached, in original packaging, unwashed, without stains, hair, or odours. If these requirements are not met, your order will be returned to you.

• We offer Exchanges, Store Credits and Refunds on all orders.

• You have 30 days from when you receive your order to get any item(s) back to us.

• We do not charge extra to dispatch your exchange item(s) back out to you, this is free of charge.

• International returns must declare the parcel as a return (refer to our T&C’s for more info).

• UK Store Credit returns are FREE.

• UK Exchanges: We do not charge extra to dispatch your exchange item(s) back out to you, this is free of charge. To get your item(s) back to us, you can purchase a Royal Mail Label within our returns portal, or send your return back with any courier of your choice.

• UK Refunds: To get your item(s) back to us, you can purchase a Royal Mail Label within our returns portal, or send your return back with any courier of your choice.

• USA Store Credit, Exchanges and Refunds: To get your item(s) back to us, you can purchase a UPS Label within our returns portal, or send your return back with any courier of your choice. We do not charge extra to dispatch your exchange item(s) back out to you, this is free of charge.

• EU Store Credit, Exchanges and Refunds: To get your item(s) back to us, you can send your return back with any courier of your choice. We do not charge extra to dispatch your exchange item(s) back out to you, this is free of charge.

• ROW Store Credit, Exchanges and Refunds: To get your item(s) back to us, you can send your return back with any courier of your choice. We do not charge extra to dispatch your exchange item(s) back out to you, this is free of charge.
