As a brand we’re moving towards a more sustainable approach to gym wear. We’re trying to give you and ourselves another way to contribute to a better planet.
We created a sustainable collection of sports clothing which includes sports tops and gym bras, seamless leggings, and shorts. All made from recycled plastics.
WHAT’S GOING ON WITH OUR ENVIRONMENT?
We’re slowly starting to experience the meaning of ‘you reap what you sow.’ Years of exploiting the planet have resulted in pollution, global warming, and worsening environmental conditions.
The biggest issue to tackle right now is plastic pollution. Our society loves plastic because it’s so cheap and convenient. But we realise that it’s a terrible idea to use it for everything. Plastics are overwhelming our environment. They’re on our beaches, floating around the seas, buried in forests… Microplastics are inside our food, water, and bodies.
Things aren’t looking great. 400 million tons of plastic are produced worldwide each year, and only 9% is recycled. The other 360 million tons of plastic just hangs around and accumulates every year.
We don’t have to feel personally responsible for this mess. We weren’t the decision makers afterall. That’s true. But it’s also true that decision makers are only a small percentage of the population. They can’t do it alone.
If each and every one of us accepts the responsibility for our environment, and implements just a few small changes, we can turn things around.
We can create an environment that can thrive again. An environment that can support future generations.

WHAT ARE THE SUSTAINABLE SPORTS TOPS AND SEAMLESS BRAS MADE FROM?
We used innovative textile technology to turn recycled plastic into seamless bras and gym crop tops.
They’re 92% eco-friendly and recycled fibres. The recycled fibres are polyester and nylon and the remaining 8% is elastane.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE THE RECYCLED PLASTIC FOR YOUR GYM WEAR FROM?
The materials for our sustainable sports bras and seamless crop tops come from two sources. Post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled plastics.
Post-consumer plastics are recycled plastics, like water bottles. They’re recycled by you, the consumer. These are the bottles and containers you throw in your recycling bin everyday.
Pre-consumer plastics are plastics that never made it to the shop shelf or to the consumer. They’re usually recycled right away from the manufacturing line.
They never make it to the shelves because they’re usually plastics that are only used for the manufacturing or transportation process between factories.
The benefit of pre-consumer plastics is that they have a smaller environmental impact. They’re not transported to the supermarket, then from the supermarket to your home, then to the recycling plant, and then to us. These plastics go from the manufacturer straight to us.
CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE GYM TOPS AND SPORTS BRAS
The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) is an independent organisation that checks up on companies that make sustainable clothing. They certified us and gave us the thumbs up for minimising harmful environmental impacts. Yay!

SIMPLE WASH ROUTINE FOR SUSTAINABLE GYM WEAR
The easiest way to wash your sports top and gym bra is in the washing machine with other synthetic clothes. Most washing machines have cycles designated to synthetic clothes. They’re usually on lower temperatures.
MANUAL WASH SETTINGS FOR SEAMLESS CROP TOPS AND BRAS
If you manually have to set your washing machine, use lower temperatures and a mild cycle for your seamless gym wear. This will keep the fabric in good condition without shrinking or pulling it.
HAND WASHING SUSTAINABLE GYM WEAR
If you don’t have enough gym clothes to run the washing machine, just hand wash your sportswear. It’s quick, easy, and will save you money in the long run. It’s also better for the environment.
The easiest way is to soak it in water that’s mixed with detergent for 30 minutes or more. Stir it from time to time and rub any stains out. Then rinse it well with running water and squeeze out the excess water.
DRYING SUSTAINABLE SPORTS CROP TOPS AND BRAS
Our seamless gym wear dries fast so you don’t need to use a tumble dryer. Letting everything air dry will make it last longer. It's also better for the environment!
ACTIVEWEAR DETERGENTS
You can use detergents specifically designed for sportswear or your regular detergent. You don’t need to use fabric softener with our gym wear. It’s already heavenly soft.
